Instructions

  1. 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with butter or cooking spray.

  2. 2

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain well and set aside.

  3. 3

While the pasta cooks, melt butter in a small skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant but not browned.

  4. 4

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, diced chicken, Alfredo sauce, sautéed garlic, heavy cream, 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Stir until everything is well coated.

  5. 5

Transfer the pasta mixture to the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly. Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup of mozzarella cheese over the top.

  6. 6

Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and lightly golden on top.

  7. 7

Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley if desired. Serve hot.
