Ingredients: pound cooked ground meat (Optional, I use elk but you can use any type.); can corn; can tomato sauce; large can diced tomatoes; can kidney beans; can black beans; can pinto beans; onion quartered; bell peppers; tablespoon taco seasoning; Add fresh salsa (about 1/3 cup)

Ingredients

2 cans corn
1 can tomato sauce
1 large can diced tomatoes
1 can kidney beans
1 can black beans
1 can pinto beans
1 onion quartered
bell peppers (optional)
2 tablespoons taco seasoning
Add fresh salsa (about 1/3 cup)

Instructions

A few dashes of garlic if you like for added flavor. Throw it all in the Crockpot (it will fill a 6qt.) and cook on high for 2-3 hours or low for 4-6 hours.
